Formerly known as Weinzapfel’s Tavern, we’ve kept the heart of the original establishment while refreshing our space, menu, and name. Today, Zap’s delivers elevated tavern food, a relaxed rustic atmosphere, and friendly service that keeps locals and newcomers coming back. A Local Legacy, Reimagined
Zaps Tavern, a family-friendly establishment, has been serving up delicious food and drinks for over 70 years. Originally known as Weinzapfuls, the family decided to keep the original name, as it held a special place in their hearts. Zaps, a nickname for Weinzapfuls, became synonymous with the tavern, and they embraced it wholeheartedly. Just like Weinzapfuls, Zaps aims to maintain its family-friendly atmosphere and preserve its rich history for future generations. Despite its evolution over the years, the tavern continues to share its captivating past with everyone who visits.
